This notice explains how iTechAI Pte. Ltd., Singapore handles information in the Tenrise app and at tenrise.app and the legacy sumflare.itechai.org website.
Your game stays on your device
Tenrise does not require an account. The app saves your run, scores, play statistics, sound and motion preferences, and tutorial progress, level progress and constellation progress in local device storage. We do not receive that game history through a Tenrise server.
Local progress is not an account or a cloud-sync service. Clearing app data or removing the app may erase it. Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your own settings.
Advertising and privacy choices
Tenrise uses Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) to serve interstitial ads only. Version 1 requests non-personalized ads and does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission to access the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA).
Non-personalized ads do not mean that no data is collected. Depending on the platform, settings and applicable consent, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share information such as IP address (which may indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash, diagnostic and performance data. Google uses this information for ad delivery and measurement, analytics, and fraud and abuse prevention.
Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) handles applicable consent and privacy choices. Where required, the app presents a consent form and makes privacy options available so you can review or change your choices. Ads are requested only when UMP indicates that they may be requested.

Sharing is your choice
If you choose to share a challenge, Tenrise prepares a score, lantern count, game link and, where supported, an image. You choose the destination using your device's sharing tools, or copy the text yourself. The link includes a challenge seed, supply and scoring versions, score and lantern count; it does not include your name, an account identifier or your saved board. The service you share through handles the message under its own privacy terms.
Visiting this website
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting it involves processing technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time of access. A challenge URL can include a seed, supply and scoring versions, shared score and lantern count. This website does not use advertising cookies or install analytics trackers.

Contacting support
When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond, investigate issues and meet relevant legal obligations. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary personal information. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
Providers, retention and security
Our hosting and email providers process information to deliver their services and may process it outside Singapore. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and related operational or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards and, where required, measures to protect international transfers. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can control your device's local storage and backup settings. For questions about personal data you have sent us, access or correction requests, or withdrawal of consent where applicable, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires or permits it.
